Quando executo sudo rabbitmqctl add_user james mypassword , ele retorna:

Eu anteriormente não tive um problema com isso. No entanto, recentemente gerou esse erro e não sei por quê. Também retorna o mesmo erro quando tento sudo rabbitmqctl stop :

No entanto, o usuário james não existe agora, sudo rabbitmqctl list_users retorna:

Eu tentei alterar meu CELERY_BROKER_URL de 'amqp://{}:{}@174.824.62.219/vhost'.format(config('RABBIT_USER'), config('RABBIT_PW')) para 'amqp://guest:guest@localhost' , mas ainda estou recebendo o mesmo erro.
Alguma ideia do problema?
