Embora esses erros ocorram, consigo fazer o login no MySQL. Está tudo bem em continuar com esses erros? Por favor me ajude com isso.

Eu resolvi isso limpando a configuração.

sudo apt purge "mysql-server-*"
sudo apt install mysql-server , você deve ver Running queries to upgrade MySQL server. e mostrará todas as tabelas em seu banco de dados ¹ Eu não sei porque não remove as tabelas e bancos de dados
