Eu atualizei para 17.10, mas estou frustrado por não conseguir arrastar um arquivo, de Arquivos para um editor de texto que é minimizado. Em versões mais antigas, era possível arrastá-lo para a barra lateral, passar o mouse sobre o aplicativo e ele abriria. Existe uma maneira de fazer isso funcionar em 17.10?
Como alternativa, se você habilitar o hotcorner superior esquerdo para atividades, arraste um arquivo para lá, arraste-o acima do aplicativo, espere ele ativar, solte o arquivo
Você pode ativá-lo com:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell enable-hot-corners true
Infelizmente esse recurso ainda não está implementado em Extensão do Dash to Dock (o Ubuntu dock, a barra lateral no Ubuntu 17.10 em diante, é um fork do Dash to Dock). De acordo com o desenvolvedor da extensão
There is one mayor [sic] stopping thing: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=696321. Support has to be provided upstream first. I did try patching gnome-shell with the patch attached to that bug and got a proof of concept, but can't go on without upstream support.
I have investigated the option of showing the application windows on drag and drop, so that at least you can release the item on an already opened windows. This is technically possible - right now in gnome-shell this can be done going throw [sic] the activities button but it's not very handy.
