Eu tive o mesmo problema. Eu segui a resposta proposta em: sudo apt-get install -f não consertar pacotes quebrados. E agora?
sudo dpkg --configure -a --force-all
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
Corrigimos o problema para mim.
Não consigo instalar nenhum novo pacote usando o apt-get ou o gerenciador de pacotes. Abaixo está alguma saída mostrando o erro. Por favor ajude!
