Bluetooth não está funcionando no Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Question

Bluetooth não funciona no Ubuntu 16.04 LTS o Bluetooth no meu sistema não funciona. Quando ligo o comutador Bluetooth nas Definições do sistema > Bluetooth, nenhum dispositivo é detectado. A saída de rfkill list é a seguinte
