Problema de hibernação do Windows NTFS ou montagem de uma imagem de disco [duplicada]

Eu tenho uma imagem de disco chamada: disk.img. Não consigo montar isso porque acho que está errado no Windows.

Aqui estão alguns comandos que eu executei:

Não tenho certeza sobre esse problema específico, mas já enfrentamos um problema semelhante antes. O Windows manterá sua parte do disco no modo de hibernação para uma inicialização mais rápida, mesmo quando estiver desligando. Para passar por isso, você precisa manter pressionada a tecla Shift esquerda enquanto desliga o Windows 10 (eu geralmente continuo a segurá-la até que ela se desligue completamente).
