Eu não tenho ideia de onde está o problema. Alguma dica de como avançar para inspecionar esse problema? Thx ...

PS: Pergunta movida do StackOverflow para aqui. Outros relatos de problemas semelhantes em fóruns não deram nenhuma solução real.
