Parece que você não tem o Matlab instalado ou o caminho para ele é desconhecido.

Se você não precisa do suporte a Matlab ou Matlab, tente executar:

apt-get remove matlab-support

Se você precisar de suporte para Matlab e Matlab, tente executar:

apt-get install matlab-support

e forneça o caminho completo para a sua instalação do Matlab.
