A questão aqui é que, após 1º de agosto de 2016, o Twitter não está mais usando vídeos .mp4, mas convertendo para um novo formato HLS, de streaming adaptável, com um arquivo .m3u8 extensão.
.m3u8 files are basically just a text file wrapper, they are super
small (300-500 bytes), and when you open them with a text editor, they
