ERROR sem espaço no anel de toque com dispositivo USB 3.0

Apenas fiz uma instalação limpa do mythbuntu 12.04 ontem em uma nova máquina. ASRock Z77 Extreme4 com chipset de vídeo Intel, 8 GB de RAM.

Estou vendo referências do Google a isso como um problema de USB 3 neste driver, mas como estou usando o estoque 12.04, eu queria pelo menos obter uma referência de erro para o Ubuntu.

Este bug já foi reportado em: link .

Uma solução alternativa é sugerida aqui , que sugere conectar um dispositivo USB 2.0 na porta USB 3.0 durante inicialização.

Atualizar : Instruções para instalar um kernel mais novo. (veja os comentários sobre o motivo para postar isso).

Suposição: você está usando uma máquina de 64 bits.

Como você escreve, o xhci_hcd é o módulo do kernel (driver) para o USB 3.0, e parece causar problemas semelhantes em outros sistemas. Talvez você devesse fazer um relato de bug, porque eu não vejo uma pergunta no que você postou aqui.

Acabei de receber este problema pelo segundo dia consecutivo sem alterar nada na minha configuração de dispositivos USB, onde todos eles têm funcionado bem durante meses. Eu descobri que reiniciar o USB ajuda no meu caso para que meus dispositivos voltem a ser detectados pelo kernel.

Determine os endereços dos seus controladores:

lspci | grep USB
00:14.0 USB controller: Intel Corporation 8 Series/C220 Series Chipset Family USB xHCI (rev 05)

Nesse caso, eles são 00:14.0 , 00:1a.0 e 00:1d.0 . Seu ser diferente.

Desvincule e revincule cada controlador por meio de seu endereço:

No meu caso, apenas para o controlador xHCI foi suficiente e todos os dispositivos apareceram novamente em lsusb . Durante minha análise, desconectei quase todos os dispositivos USB e desliguei os que estavam com uma fonte de alimentação externa, o que recomendo em tais casos.

Obviamente, como o USB não está funcionando e todos os seus dispositivos de entrada provavelmente são USB, você precisa de algum tipo de acesso remoto como o SSH.
