Como obtenho a lista de teclas de atalho definidas no menu Iniciar?

Como posso descobrir quais atalhos de teclado estão definidos dentro do menu Iniciar ? E quais atalhos são atribuídos a eles?

Plataforma: Windows XP SP2 de 64 bits.

Exemplo:

Eu abro minha solução principal do Visual Studio com uma tecla de atalho Ctrl + Alt + M . Isso está configurado por ter um atalho dentro do menu Iniciar com:

Target: "D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe" D:\dproj\MSQall\MSQuant\MSQuant.sln

Shortcut key: Ctrl+ALT+M

Se um novo atalho for adicionado e sua tecla de atalho também estiver definida para Ctrl + Alt + M agora são dois atalhos com a mesma tecla de atalho (conflito). Para evitar isso, seria bom saber quais teclas de atalho já estão atribuídos e para quais atalhos.

Parece que ActiveHotkeys pode ser o que você quer:

On several occasions there have been requests for a program that displays what global keyboard shortcuts are registered by various applications. ActiveHotkeys does just that: it will show a list of all active (registered) or inactive (available) global hotkeys.

À esquerda, deve haver um link que diz "Baixe o Windows Hotkey Explorer grátis!". Isso fez o truque para mim. Ele mostrou que o "Cisco IP Communicator" estava usando Ctrl + Shift + A como uma tecla de acesso global quando eu precisava que ele funcionasse como "Add New Item" no Visual Studio.
