Agora, quando eu inicio o FileZilla, o ícone aparece bem na barra de tarefas.

1. Como posso corrigir isso no Windows 7?

Não sei o que causa a corrupção de ícones.

Para reconstruir o cache de ícones:

• Ativar Mostrar pastas e arquivos ocultos .
• Abrir Meu computador
• Navegue até %systemdrive%\Users\"your User Name"\AppData\Local
• Procure por IconCache.db e exclua-o permanentemente (segurando a Shift )
• Reinicialize o sistema.

2- All icons for a specific file extension display the wrong icon. This may be do to setting the wrong association for what program to open the file extension instead. You can restore the default file extension's associations to fix this icon instead.
