Não é possível copiar o arquivo com o nome do arquivo verde, acesso negado

Usando o Windows Explorer no XP, vejo alguns dos meus arquivos com nomes de arquivos verdes. Quando tento copiar um desses arquivos, recebo um relatório de erro Acesso negado. A pasta Minhas imagens também aparece com texto verde e eu tenho um grande número de fotos de férias em família que não quero perder.

Eu preciso fazer backup desses arquivos, pois estou mudando o laptop em breve.

Usamos o SafeBoot para criptografar nossos discos rígidos, mas não acho que esse seja o problema, pois permite que eu copie outros arquivos para uma mídia removível sem problemas.

Alguém já se deparou com isso antes e como posso resolver isso?
