Editor MediaWiki com pré-visualização instantânea?

Existe algum editor para escrever a marcação do MediaWiki que fornece uma pré-visualização instantânea? De preferência não baseado na web.

Idealmente, eu estaria procurando por uma janela com um divisor horizontal. Na metade superior seria a marcação, na metade inferior haveria a saída renderizada.

Estou executando no Windows, mas, se necessário, posso executar o Linux em uma VM.
