Como substituir dotnet40 por dotnet45?

Estou tentando instalar dotnet40 via winetricks , mas recebi o seguinte erro:

$ winetricks dotnet45

error: dotnet45 conflicts with dotnet40, which is already installed.

Como faço para remover dotnet40 para instalar dotnet45 package?

Estou usando o wine-2.0.4 no macOS.
