File History is a backup application that continuously protects your personal files stored in Libraries, Desktop, Favorites, and Contacts folders. Pessoalmente, uso o CrashPlan para todos os meus dados pessoais. Tudo até o armazenamento em nuvem e um subconjunto de uma unidade externa para recuperação mais rápida (teria tudo em ambos os lugares se a unidade fosse grande o suficiente:)
