O Ubuntu 13.04 é muito novo para o gcc detectar (ele detectou x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc). Eu compilei bem com o Linux Mint 14 32 bit.

Vou tentar instalar o libisl para ver como funciona.
Consegui detectar a dependência perdida e corrigi-la: verifique a saída do config.log para ver quais bibliotecas estão faltando e instale-a. Por exemplo, verifique o config.log na seção de edição no meu primeiro post; olhe algumas linhas o começo, eu estava faltando biblioteca isl. Eu instalei e o problema foi resolvido.
Você poderia fazer o mesmo. embora eu tenha encontrado outro erro mais tarde, tive que desabilitar o multilib (--disable-multilib).
