Como posso adicionar / fazer upload de entradas em massa para a correção automática do Excel 2010?

Atualmente, tenho cerca de 200 entradas de autocorreção, mas é difícil adicionar uma por uma manualmente à "correção automática" (Opções de > Opções > Opções > Opções de autocorreção > guia Autocorreção). Estas entradas são frases para texto longo, por ex. ROI = retorno do investimento etc.

Existe alguma maneira de fazer upload dessas entradas rapidamente?

Você precisará adicioná-los ao arquivo .acl , conforme explicado em este KB .

To use your AutoCorrect entries on another computer (or to share them with another user profile on your computer), locate the .acl files in the %AppData%\Microsoft\Office folder. (You can type the path in Windows Explorer exactly as shown here and the %AppData% environment variable will automatically expand to the full path. In Windows 7, that path is C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office by default, but it might be different on your computer.)

Observe que isso pode interferir nas outras configurações do seu modelo -

You cannot extract and copy only the AutoCorrect entries. And if you copy and paste the entire file, you will replace the styles and other items in the template file that you overwrite.

Se você estiver aberto ao VBA, há o objeto Application.AutoCorrect que tem .AddReplacement method KB .
