Como posso diagnosticar porque o Ubuntu fica travando no meu laptop? [fechadas]

Eu tenho um netbook Acer Aspire 4752G com um ano de idade, executando o Kubuntu 12.04 LTS com as mais recentes atualizações de distribuição instaladas.

Anteriormente, estava funcionando muito bem até cerca de uma semana atrás, quando de repente começou a bater repetidamente.

Anteriormente, nas raras ocasiões em que ele congelou completamente, mesmo que eu não consegui usar Ctrl + Alt + F1 em um console, o Alt + SysRq + r (eisub) conseguiu fechar tudo de forma relativamente suave e reiniciar, mas agora, o Att + SysRq não faz nada quando congela.

O último acidente ocorreu por volta das 10:40 da manhã de hoje (26 de maio) (log time).

Como posso começar a solucionar isso?

Tente desabilitar a ACPI, primeiro verifique:

cat /proc/cmdline  

Se acpi = off não estiver definido, edite /etc/default/grub e atualize o GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT com acip=off , por exemplo, a nova entrada deve ser:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi=off"

Recarregue a configuração do grub:

sudo update-grub

e, em seguida, reinicialize.
