Kubuntu 16.10 A conexão Ethernet não funciona após a atualização da versão

Após a atualização do Kubuntu 16.04 LTS para 16.10, a conexão com fio não funciona. A conexão com fio é exibida no Network Manager, mas não é possível selecionar o botão "Conectar". A conexão wi-fi está funcionando.

O mais estranho é que usando um Kubuntu 16.10 live USB no mesmo PC, a conexão ethernet é reconhecida e funcionando imediatamente.

Seguindo algumas sugestões eu carreguei o driver r8168 ao invés do r8169, sem sucesso. O PC é um NUC DN2820FYK.

Você precisa usar o driver r8168-dkms e desativar secure boot no seu BIOS.

Você também precisará verificar se está usando um bom cabo ethernet e switch / hub (se estiver usando um).

Depois de atualizar para o Ubuntu 17.04 e ler este tópico, consegui corrigir minha conexão Ethernet (eth0).

No arquivo: /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf

Eu adicionei ", exceto: type: eth0" (sem as aspas) ao final da linha. (Você vai notar também diz exceto: tipo: wifi e exceto: tipo: wwan)

Finalmente eu criei o arquivo /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf usando o sudo touch /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf

Esqueci-me de como reiniciar o serviço, por isso reiniciei. Ethernet fixa.
