Um estranho problema no DNS

Eu tenho um problema estranho de DNS no meu PC - Windows 8.1 usando conexão Ethernet. O servidor DNS parar para resposta após ~ 30 min, quando em outros dispositivos tudo funciona. Quando eu pingar IP direto, tudo funciona. Quando eu pingar o nome do host, recebi um tempo limite. Iv'e tentou limpar o cache DNS, redefinir winsock, definir servidores DNS estáticos (8.8.8.8), desabilitar o IPv6 (do regedit), reiniciar os serviços "cliente DNS" e "Servidor", atualizar os drivers do meu adaptador de rede, mas o problema não resolveu.

Quando eu executo "nslookup" recebi o tempo limite e depois de alguns minutos eu vejo: "Servidor padrão: Desconhecido".

Quando executo o ipcofnig / all, tudo parece ok.

Eu executo whireshark na minha rede e vejo o servidor DNS retornando uma resposta, mas a próxima solicitação TCP não continua.

Quando eu reinicio meu computador, o problema é resolvido, mas depois de 30 minutos isso acontece novamente.

Seu firewall provavelmente bloqueia as respostas da porta 53. Tente permitir isso e verificar se as pesquisas foram concluídas.
