e nas configurações do bluetooth diz "nenhum adaptador bluetooth encontrado"

Uma possível solução para esse problema é que você pode ter o bluetooth desativado no BIOS ou no EFI. Se isso não é o problema; O que você deve fazer é determinar se isso é uma falha de hardware inicializando outra distribuição ou sistema operacional no qual você pode testar se o Bluetooth funciona nessa instância. Se acontecer de não ser uma falha de hardware, você deve reportar um bug no Launchpad

Tenho hardware Bluetooth semelhante. Um Lenovo G50-70 com uma placa Atheros Bluetooth, rodando o Kubuntu 14.04. De lsusb:

Bus 002 Device 007: ID 0cf3:3004 Atheros Communications, Inc.

Eu também estava recebendo a falha para carregar o erro = -110 também.

O que eu descobri é que o /lib/firmware/ath3k-1.fw enviado com o kubuntu não está funcionando. O arquivo enviado possui uma soma MD5 de 1211fa34c09e10ba48381586b7c3883d ath3k-1.fw . O arquivo que você precisa tem a soma MD5 24cfee59a24f336dfae838a0de6445a0 ath3k-1.fw e pode ser extraído de linux-firmware_1.79_all.deb .

Isso resolveu meu problema há quatro ou cinco meses. Querer usar o Bluetooth novamente hoje e ambos estão quebrados e essas etapas não consertam mais. Eu acho que é um novo kernel desde que eu consertei na primeira vez, eu estou agora em:

Eu sei que é um novo kernel de quando eu o consertei, mas o que eu quero dizer é que eu acho que a mudança foi o que matou o Bluetooth novamente.

Então, depois de dois dias puxando o cabelo, repassando meus passos várias vezes, instalei uma atualização do BIOS, original de dezembro de 2013, novo de agosto de 2014 (acho que no dia 11 de agosto, ou o 8 de novembro ... sua escolha!) Eu logado pronto para retomar a batalha, e eis que, o logotipo funky B está na minha barra de programa, e clicar nele traz uma lista de dispositivos BT na minha área! Acontece que também mata minha conexão WiFi, o que não aconteceu da última vez que eu consertei as coisas!
