Neste caso, isso significava:
Acabou sendo um problema de permissão! Acontece que eu não era dona da pasta para a qual eu estava enviando. A correção foi algo como
chown $USER folder
Eu tive esse mesmo problema e consegui passar o erro usando "configurações avançadas" para tentar atrasar as coisas.
Parece estar funcionando
Não tenho certeza se o que eu mudei pode impactar negativamente a qualidade de vídeo / áudio (muito novato; -)
