O que o gráfico do eixo y do contador FPS do Google Chrome representa?

Espero que esta pergunta não seja muito obscura. Ativei o contador fps através de chrome: // flags. Dá o fps e um gráfico dos fps para a esquerda. Qual é o gráfico horizontal à direita e o número acima nesta figura: (4-63)

É um histograma de dados gráficos

I aligned the histogram right beside the graph so both make use of the same y-axis and the data explains itself (hopefully). I'm not sure if I treat the numbers the best way, I just put the measured fps values into buckets, so far.
