Estou com problemas ao tentar atualizar meus pacotes. Eu não usei este servidor desde setembro do ano passado e agora estou recebendo erros 404 em todos os repositórios intrépidos. Como faço para corrigir isso?

O Intrepid (8.10) não foi uma versão do Suporte de Longo Prazo e acredito que o suporte a ele foi retirado em abril de 2010. É mais provável que a Canonical tenha removido os repositórios antigos do Intrepid. Para "consertar" este problema, você deve considerar atualizar sua instalação para uma versão mais recente do Ubuntu, seja o Maverick Meerkat (versão mais atual, 10.10) ou o Lucid Lynx (o mais recente lançamento do Long Term Support, 10.04).
