Você deve ser capaz de encontrar seu próprio gateway com facilidade, mas de qualquer forma ele é tipicamente 192.168.0.1 ou 192.168.0.254. Quanto ao DNS, você pode usar o Google (8.8.8.8 e 8.8.4.4) e eles funcionarão.
