Erro 800 ao conectar-se à VPN em determinadas redes no Windows 10

Question

Eu tenho um problema interessante ao tentar conectar-me à VPN de um cliente no Windows 10 Pro.

Eu posso conectar-me à VPN do cliente enquanto conecto através do meu telefone (4G), mas não à rede do escritório, no entanto, outros colegas podem se conectar na mesma rede.

Eu tentei redefinir o adaptador de rede, configurações de rede, DNS sem sorte. Também fiz o download do Wireshark para ver se algo aparece em mim, mas minha compreensão dessa rede é muito limitada.

As configurações da VPN são:

PPTP

MS-CHAP2

Adicionarei as informações registradas no Visualizador de Eventos.

Após alguns dias pesquisando na Web, deparei com este artigo link que me levou a remover e reinstalar os protocolos / protocolos TCP.

1. Entrei no Gerenciador de dispositivos e removi os drivers conforme o imagem abaixo.
2. Reiniciou a máquina
3. Os drivers foram reinstalados automaticamente pelo Windows
4. Testou a VPN.
5. Tudo funcionando.

Remova esses drivers
