ícone Bateria / Energia ausente

Question

Ok, há mais de um mês, meu ícone de bateria está faltando. Estou usando um laptop HP Pavilion DV6 com Windows 7 64-bit . Isso parece um problema comum quando você pesquisa no Google, mas eu tentei muitas coisas e ainda não cheguei a uma solução. Às vezes, a bateria está carregando (luz vermelha) e, às vezes, apenas a luz de energia aparece (luz azul), mas eu nunca consigo verificar o status real da bateria.

E sim, isso não é apenas o problema de mostrar / ocultar ícone. Quando vou a propriedades onde posso mostrar / ocultar ícones do sistema, o menu pendente Power icon fica desativado.

Estas são as soluções que tentei:

1. Click on the start button
2. Go to the SEARCH box on the bottom and search under "Device". There you will see several options showing up. Click on "Device Manager". 
3. Click on the "+" of System Devices. 
4. There you will find something like "ACPI Fixed Tools" or something like that. It's the first one from the list. 
5. Right click the ACPI and select "Uninstall". 
6. Restart your computer. The ACPI will be automatically reinstalled. 
7. Once your computer is restarted, click on the arrow button on the toolbar (lower right on the screen).
8. Select "Properties" and there you will see that your power icon has been activated so simply select "power" under system icons. 
9. Now your power icon will appear.

A captura de tela informa a resposta.

O sinal amarelo no topo indica que algumas configurações foram alteradas devido a uma política do sistema ser afetada. Você precisa ativar a política que está causando esse comportamento.

Ir para começar e digitar na barra de pesquisa: Editar política de grupo

De lá, navegue até User Configuration - > Administrative Template - > Start Menu and Taskbar .

Nesta lista, localize Remove the battery meter . Sua provavelmente habilitado / sim. Altere para Desabilitado ou Não Configurado.

Só queria deixar cair a resposta que resolveu este problema para mim (eu tenho exatamente o mesmo laptop que o pôster original também ...)
