Como executo o make && make install enquanto estiver no shell de peixe

Eu instalei o shell de peixe e estou muito feliz com ele ... mas não consigo executar o seguinte comando:

make && make install

Isso funciona muito bem no bash ... Como posso executá-lo em uma casca de peixe?

De documentação :

The and builtin is used to execute a command if the current exit status (as set by the last previous command) is 0.

COMMAND1; and COMMAND2

Então você ligaria:

make; and make install
