O sistema de arquivos NTFS na unidade externa não é reconhecido: “mount: tipo fs errado, opção incorreta, superbloco ruim em / dev / sdb1”

Eu tenho um HDD de 1 TB que funciona bem em qualquer computador com Windows. Meu laptop só roda o Ubuntu Linux e, por algum motivo, o disco rígido não está sendo reconhecido.

A execução de fdisk -l me fornece essa saída:

E então eu tentei isso:

mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt -t auto

E é isso que eu recebi:

mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb1,
   missing codepage or helper program, or other error

   dmesg | tail or so.

Eu sou novo no Linux. Eu procurei a pergunta e achei a maioria deles para ter um problema onde o disco rígido não é reconhecido durante a instalação. Mas eu já tenho o Ubuntu instalado!

Primeiro determine qual é o sistema de arquivos do seu disco rígido externo. Você precisa desses pacotes para os seguintes sistemas de arquivos do Windows:

  • exFAT: exfat-fuse
  • NTFS: ntfs-3g
  • FAT32: já construído no kernel

Instale os pacotes correspondentes executando sudo apt install <package> . Se o disco não for montado automaticamente ao conectar o disco, monte-o no terminal com:

  • exFAT: sudo mount -t exfat <device> <mount_point>
  • NTFS: sudo mount -t ntfs-3g <device> <mount_point>
