Não é possível conectar-se à rede com o adaptador USB TL-WN722N (AR9271)

Question

Já experimentei guias de pares para resolver o meu problema, mas ainda não consigo me conectar com o meu TL-WN722N à rede Wi-Fi.

O dispositivo está ativo e reconhecido.

Então eu já instalei drivers e firmware. Eu tentei instalar drivers Win com ndiswrapper, mas recebi uma mensagem de erro que ndiswrapper não está instalado (resolvendo este problema está em andamento). Este dispositivo estava funcionando antes de eu ter que reinstalar o Ubuntu 12.04. Agora eu posso ver redes Wi-Fi disponíveis, mas não consigo me conectar a nenhuma delas. Quando tento me conectar à rede wifi, ele ainda tenta se conectar várias vezes, mas falha sempre.

Estou procurando seus conselhos (estou realmente desesperado agora!)

Agora eu me sinto um idiota!

Depois de alguns dias tentando resolver esse problema, encontrei este guia:

WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure

então usei o comando da etapa 2 - o longo.

Na saída, descobri que o TL-WN722N suporta canais de 1 a 11. Tente adivinhar qual é o canal da minha rede ... sim, é o canal 13.

Sollution encontrado, problema resolvido.
