Como posso remapear Caps Lock para AltGR no Windows 10? [duplicado]

Eu tentei o SharpKey, mas ele não reconhece e o KeyMapper, mas parece não ter nenhum efeito; Não tenho certeza porque. Como posso fazer o Caps Lock se comportar como Alt GR?

1) Crie um arquivo de registro (texto com .reg suffix):
