Não é possível acessar a pasta compartilhada samba no Windows 7

Eu tenho um servidor rodando o RHEL. Na rede são três estações de trabalho: dois linux (RHEL) e um Windows 7. Estou usando o samba para compartilhar um dispositivo de armazenamento (conectado ao servidor) com as estações de trabalho. Por mais de um ano, isso funcionou bem. No entanto, depois de atualizar o servidor ontem, não consigo acessar a pasta compartilhada na estação de trabalho do Windows.

Especificamente, o Windows não reconhece mais a senha. Quando clico em "Mapear unidade de rede", insiro o caminho para a pasta compartilhada e insiro minhas credenciais, o Windows me diz "A senha de rede especificada não está correta". Eu posso acessar as pastas compartilhadas em ambas as estações de trabalho Linux.

Aqui está o que eu verifiquei e confirmei:

  • Assegure-se de que o nível de autenticação do LAN Manager esteja definido como "Enviar LM e NTLM - use a segurança da sessão NTLMv2 se negociado." [de aqui]
  • Garantir que eu possa acessar a pasta compartilhada nas duas estações de trabalho do Linux
  • Criou uma nova pasta compartilhada e pode acessá-la também nas duas estações de trabalho do Linux

  • Assegure-se de que a data e a hora estejam corretas em todas as máquinas
  • Tentei reiniciar tudo (e esperar que o problema desapareça)

Gostaria de reiterar que a pasta estava acessível antes da atualização (dois dias atrás). Minha versão atual do samba é 4.6.2 e o RHEL é 7.4.

em que MBIAL_STORAGE é o nome da pasta compartilhada. As estações de trabalho Linux estão acessando isso usando smb: // IP_ADDRESS / mbial_storage com MBIAL como o nome de usuário e MSHOME como o grupo de trabalho. Eu tentei dar ao Windows MSHOME \ MBIAL como o nome de usuário, mas isso também não funcionou.

A solução para o pôster foi alterar o nível de autenticação do LAN Manager para Send NTLMv2 response only de Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated .

Aparentemente, o Samba gerenciou mal as negociações de segurança da sessão com o Windows, então eles não poderiam concordar com o algoritmo para senhas. Depois que o cartaz ditou o método de segurança, as coisas funcionaram.

Quanto ao porquê isso aconteceu - a melhor resposta que posso dar é que foi causado por alguma incompatibilidade desconhecida entre as implementações Linux e Windows do protocolo SMB

Tente isso no cliente do W7:

No Editor de Diretiva de Grupo Local, vá para:

Local Computer Policy->Computer Configuration->Windows Settings->Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options

Encontre a política indicada Microsoft network client: Digitally sign communications (always) .

Se isso estiver habilitado, altere-o para Desativado. Certifique-se e reinicie o seu computador para que a alteração entre em vigor, pressionando Aplicar no Editor de políticas não é suficiente.

Como uma nota lateral, usei as seguintes configurações na última vez que externalizei um compartilhamento de samba. Experimente-os e, se resolverem o problema, modifique-os um por um para o seu até encontrar o problema:
