Os hiperlinks do Outlook 2016 não funcionam em todos os navegadores

Eu tenho um usuário (em uma empresa de 80+) que parece incapaz de abrir os hiperlinks do Outlook 2016.

A mensagem que recebemos é:

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator

O que não é verdade, tentamos alterar os navegadores e verificamos o registro, e o arquivo .html está definido como htmlfile

• SO W10
• App: Office 2016 (O365)
• Sistema: Lenovo
• RAM: 16 GB
• Navegadores: IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome (todas as variantes mais recentes)

Tentei o download do W7 quickfix (não poderia machucar), mas não funcionou.

Teremos o chrome reinstalado para podermos atribuir o IE como navegador padrão (isso aparentemente pode causar o problema se você usar o flash) Não fez alterações.

Há uma "correção oficial" aqui "que não suporta o Windows 10. Portanto, no seu caso, siga as instruções abaixo:

1. Crie um novo texto com o texto abaixo e salve-o:

2. Altere a extensão de .txt para .reg e execute.
