Erro ao instalar o Chef Server no Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS gerenciado pelo Vagrant

Question

Estou tentando configurar um Chef Server em uma VM local usando o Vagrant / VirtualBox. Meu Vagrantfile é:

Vagrant.configure(2) do |config|
  config.vm.box = "ubuntu/trusty64"
  config.vm.hostname = "dtom-chef-server"
  config.vm.provision :shell, path: "bootstrap.sh"
  config.vm.network :forwarded_port, host: 4567, guest: 80
end

Meu script bootstrap.sh é o seguinte:

dpkg -i chef-server-core_*.deb
chef-server-ctl reconfigure

Tudo parece correr bem até eu chegar

A instalação parece continuar, mas suponho que é por isso que estou recebendo o erro:

Finalmente, no final, embora eu não tenha certeza se isso está relacionado, recebo:

FATAL: Chef::Exceptions::CannotDetermineNodeName: Unable to determine node name: configure node_name or configure the system's hostname and fqdn

E então o processo sai. Estou faltando alguma coisa no processo de instalação?
