Existe alguma maneira de contornar incompatibilidades para o Microsoft Lync sem desinstalar outros softwares da Microsoft?

Eu preciso instalar o Microsoft Lync. Estou usando um sistema Windows 8.1 de 64 bits e tentei instalar as versões de 32 e 64 bits do Microsoft Lync Basic 2013.

Quando tento instalar a versão de 32 bits, recebo esta mensagem:

We can't install the 32-bit version of Office because we found the following 64-bit programs on your PC:

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013
Microsoft Office 32-bit Components 2013

Please uninstall all 64-bit Office programs, then retry installing 32-bit Office. If you want to install 64-bit Office instead, please run the 64-bit setup.

Quando tento instalar a versão de 64 bits, recebo esta mensagem:

Eu não tenho mais os instaladores do software Microsoft Access / Microsoft Office, pois não tenho acesso à loja virtual da qual os comprei. Eu não quero desinstalar nenhum dos meus softwares, mas o Lync não instalará sem que eu faça isso. Existe uma maneira de contornar isso (por exemplo, editar chaves de registro), ou eu estou em um impasse aqui?
