Não é possível fazer o ping para o endereço IPV6 do Windows 7 [duplicado]

O meu é o Windows 7, tanto no laptop (home) quanto no PC (office). Eu também testei isso verificado de uma escola no Win8 PC. Por que não consigo pingar nenhum endereço IPV6?

Eu desabilitei o Eset nod32 completamente, mas ainda assim: 

>ping ipv6.google.com

Enquanto nslookup (Win7) está funcionando bem:
