Como encontrar * todos * programas de inicialização no Windows 10? [duplicado]

Eu verifiquei a guia "Inicialização" no Gerenciador de tarefas, a guia "Serviços" em msconfig e a pasta de inicialização ( C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup ), mas há um aplicativo que sempre aparece quando eu inicializo (Patriot Dashboard) que não está listado em nenhum desses lugares.

Onde posso encontrar o restante dos aplicativos de inicialização?
