O Linux Mint 10 não é mais suportado e o Ubuntu maverick (10.10 ) desistiu do apoio há mais de um ano. Portanto, é provável que os repositórios que sua instalação deseja tenham desaparecido.
Vendo que você estava usando uma versão recente (12.10) do Ubuntu, você pode tentar o Mint 14, a versão atual.
Você tem dois tipos diferentes de erros, os erros 404 Not Found são provavelmente, como sugerido pelo @Flup, porque você está usando um sistema antigo e os repositórios provavelmente foram retirados da linha já que as versões não são mais suportadas. Os erros do GPG:
