Linha branca na tela - problema de software

Question

Meus filhos acabaram de jogar no meu PC e agora há uma linha branca e não consigo voltar ao normal. É um problema de software porque quando eu faço uma captura de tela não há nada errado masnaverdadeéisso É um tipo de tela dividida, mas não sei exatamente.

Eu estou no windows 7 de 64 bits e monitor duplo. O primeiro monitor é normal, mas não com este segundo monitor.
Tela principal (2) Samsung VGA - a tela de problemas
Segundo display (1) Chimei DVI- normal

Atualização 1:

• Eu tento alternar entre a tela principal e a segunda tela, vice-versa. Ainda não funciona
• Às vezes, o monitor balança para cima e para baixo, mas apenas abaixo da linha. A linha superior não se move

Pelo contrário, isso significa que é um problema de hardware. As capturas de tela não são feitas pela leitura do LCD físico, elas são feitas pela leitura da memória interna.

Você provavelmente precisará reposicionar os conectores ou substituir a tela.
