Não é possível fazer com que o comando AT funcione, Windows XP

at 8:24am "c:\windows\system32\calc.exe"

Eu vejo um novo item no agendador de tarefas

8:24 am vem, diz executando, calc.exe aparece no gerenciador de tarefas fica lá, mas nenhuma janela mostra.

                   current day of the month is assumed.
"command"          Is the Windows NT command, or batch program to be run.

Não use at . É inseguro - todos os trabalhos recebem privilégios SYSTEM , o que é ainda pior do que Administrador.

Use schtasks em vez disso:

schtasks /create /tn "Foo" /tr calc.exe /sc once /st 8:24

Por padrão, as tarefas executadas por at são executadas em segundo plano. Você pode usar at /interactive para mudar isso:

at 8:24 /interactive calc
