Eu sempre recebo um erro ao executar qualquer apt-get

Atualização: Não foi possível corrigi-lo, acabou reinstalando o Ubuntu 16.04.

Basicamente, instalei um .deb de libssl1.0.0_1.0.2d-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb porque achei que não tinha libssl 1.0.2-d na minha instalação do Ubuntu. No entanto, esse não era o caso - eu realmente o instalei, e agora, sempre que eu executo qualquer comando do apt-get, recebo o seguinte erro:

Quando eu executo o sudo dpkg --configure -a eu recebo o seguinte erro:

Alguém tem alguma ideia? Eu realmente prefiro não ter que reinstalar o Ubuntu ...
