Erro encontrado ao carregar o /home/[myusername]/.profile

Eu recebo esse erro toda vez que faço login:

stty: standard input: Inappropriate ioctl for device

Como resultado, a sessão não será configurada corretamente. Você deve corrigir o problema assim que possível.

Como faço para corrigir isso? Este é um popup irritante para ter que clicar em cada logon (e esse erro também impede que as alterações no plano de fundo da área de trabalho continuem). Obrigada!
