Altere o tipo de adaptador de rede para ponte em vez de NAT.
O padrão é NAT, que coloca suas VMs em uma sub-rede isolada. Se você usar o modo de ponte, ele usará a mesma rede do seu adaptador de rede principal.
Tentando obter a instância vm do sql server 2008 na vm workstation para usar o mesmo intervalo de ip que o host. Obrigado por suas respostas, mas resolvi resolvê-lo até o ponto da conecção da Internet, mas o endereço IP ainda é o de 192.168.199.128, então meu roteador ainda não o encontrou: - (
1 Abra a Configuração de Rede Virutal
2 Encontre o nic que é de vmnet0
3 Aponte para o seu adpeater wifi ou o ethernet
Quando tento aplicar o endereço IP ao meu roteador, recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro

Ainda tem um problema com isso alguém pode ajudar?

Para qualquer outra pessoa, o problema estava na minha velha instalação do vitrual box. Eu desinstalei isso e removi as pontes que ele criou e agora está tudo bem, eu posso ver a rede vm em mim
