O Windows não inicia o aplicativo e todos os programas instalados tinham extensão .lnk

Todos os programas instalados tinham .lnk extension automaticamente!
O Windows não inicia o aplicativo especificamente na lista do Windows.

Quando eu clico no botão windows , ele mostra programas com extensão .lnk , como este image.

Quando clico em open with (depois de clicar com o botão direito), mostra algo estranho como mostrado em este (mostrada a vermelho na imagem) Como iniciar aplicativos instalados? Como voltar para o estado anterior ?
