hora do formato AutoHotKey

Question

Estou tentando formatar o horário de 24 horas como este.

Se eu digitar "1930+" → 19:30

Se eu digitar "0630+" → 06:30

Basicamente, quando se lê um "+" no final de um número de 0 a 9, ele adiciona um ":" dois lugares de trás para frente. Apenas não sei como fazer isso.
