Não é possível executar o MonoDevelop 4.2 com XSP4

Sou novo no Linux e tentei iniciar o .NET no Ubuntu quando eu iniciei a depuração de um exemplo do aplicativo MonoDevelop ASP.NET que apresenta o seguinte erro:

Could not launch web server. The "XSP4" web server cannot be started.

A partir de tty ao rodar o xsp4 ele mostra o seguinte:

Às vezes, instalar "mono-completo" corrige alguns erros. Tente fazer isso se você não tiver instalado já.
