Estou tendo problemas estranhos de latência com minha conexão de rede.

Eu também notei o padrão crescente que de repente cai para ~ 35ms & repete-se regularmente.
Meu laptop é Acer V 17 com adaptador sem fio Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4. Tentei atualizar o driver para a versão 12.0.0.230 sem diferença.
Se eu usar o PC com fio, a latência média para 8.8.8.8 é de 25 ms com desvio mínimo. Mesmo com o meu telefone Android usando a mesma rede sem fio, a latência varia de 25 a 35 ms. Eu até tentei outro laptop na outra sala muito mais longe do roteador e ele tem 25ms estáveis com pacotes perdidos ocasionais devido à distância provável.
Quando faço ping no gateway local a partir do laptop usando a rede sem fio, parece bastante normal:

Meu roteador wi-fi é o Zyxel vmg1312 do ISP, mas como eu disse, o problema é exclusivo do meu laptop até agora. Estou usando o Windows 10 build 10586 no PC & laptop.

Tentei conectar usando fio - sem problemas. Pouco depois de conectar-se novamente ao wi-fi, funcionou bem por um tempo, depois começou a oscilar novamente.

service usando o gerenciador de tarefas. Funciona por um tempo e depois volta.
