Grub2 EFI cai para Grub Shell a menos que eu acerte F12 imediatamente após ligar

Tenho o Opensuse Tumbleweed junto com o Windows 10 no meu laptop Asus ROG.
O problema é bem estranho - toda vez que eu ligo ou reinicializo, o Grub2 EFI cai no shell do grub2 e aleatoriamente ele não vê o segundo disco rígido. Mas se eu pressionar F12 imediatamente após ligar ou durante a reinicialização, aparece o menu normal do Grub2 e eu posso inicializar no Opensuse ou no Windows sem problemas. Isso é muito chato. Alguém pode me ajudar com esse problema?
Eu não fiz nenhuma modificação nos arquivos de configuração, exceto para adicionar entradas em /etc/fstab para montar partições do Windows, mas não acredito que esteja relacionado.

Por shell grub eu assumo que você quer dizer shell de resgate grub em vez de shell normal.

O motivo provavelmente se deve ao fato de que a "segunda unidade" não está pronta quando o binário EFI grub no ESP (que está na "primeira unidade") é executado pela UEFI, portanto, o binário falhou ao localizar os módulos do grub e o grub.cfg (que está no diretório / boot do sdb3, se você não tiver uma partição para / boot).

Para resolver isso, você pode tentar desativar qualquer opção de "inicialização rápida" na configuração UEFI (não no Windows). Se ainda não funcionar, você pode ter que reinstalar o grub de uma forma que os módulos e o grub.cfg também sejam colocados no ESP (--boot-directory / boot / efi, suponha que O diretório é / boot / efi também. Ou, na verdade, você pode tentar usar o ESP para / boot, e esperar que quando o kernel tentar montar o sistema de arquivos raiz (sdb3), a segunda unidade seja feita pronto pelo UEFI.
