rdiscount falha na instalação do gem Ruby

O que estou tentando fazer

Estou tentando instalar o Nesta CMS, mas uma das dependências dos tempos de execução não é instalada: rdiscount .

Saída normal como raiz:

Eu precisava instalar o pacote ruby developper ruby-devel :
